Effective date: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Velora ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Velora Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Velora provides cryptocurrency payment infrastructure, including merchant payment processing and personal non-custodial wallets for stablecoins on the Polygon network. Velora is a technology provider, not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter.
3. Eligibility

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
- The Service is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are prohibited.
- By using the Service, you represent that you are not on any sanctions list (OFAC, EU, UN).
4. Non-Custodial Wallet
Velora's personal wallet is non-custodial. This means:
- Your private key is generated in your browser and encrypted with your wallet password before being stored.
- Velora never has access to your unencrypted private key or wallet password.
- If you lose your wallet password, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone, including Velora. You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet password and backup file secure.
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Velora cannot reverse a transaction once broadcast.
5. Merchant Payments
Merchants use Velora to accept cryptocurrency payments. By using the merchant service, you agree to:
- Pay a 1% fee on all confirmed payments, deducted automatically at time of settlement.
- Only use the service for lawful transactions.
- Not facilitate payments for prohibited goods or services (see Section 7).
- Maintain accurate and current account information.
6. Fees
- Merchant payments: 1% of the confirmed payment amount.

- Third-party on-ramps (e.g. Transak): Third-party fees apply, set by that provider (approximately 3–5%).
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Velora to:
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.

8. API Keys
Merchant API keys grant access to your account. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share secret keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. Velora is not liable for unauthorised use of your API key.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. VELORA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Velora does not guarantee the value, stability, or continuity of any cryptocurrency. Price fluctuations and technical failures on third-party networks are outside our control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VELORA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velora and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Account Termination
Velora may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. Upon termination of a merchant account, any pending sweeps will complete within 24 hours. Personal wallet funds remain accessible as the wallet is non-custodial.
